Delivery time
Your order will be processed as soon as we receive payment. In the case of a personalised order, we will contact you upon receipt of payment. Items that are not personalised and immediately in stock are dispatched within 2 working days (see "Shipping" below).
Currently, our menu cards up to 100 items have a delivery time of 4 to 6 weeks. Would you like to know more, do you have an order for more than 100 pieces or do you have an urgent order? Then contact us by phone on +31 (0)486 700 277 or fill in the contact form.
Shipping
Dispatch within the Netherlands (€ 12.50): ordered on working days before 2 pm, dispatched within two working days.
Collection in Ravenstein (free of charge): We will notify you as soon as your order is ready.
Do you need to receive the products the next (working) day? Then contact us by phone to check the possibilities. We are happy to help!
Cancellation and returns
Would you like to cancel your (just placed) order? Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can cancel your order without additional costs. Please send us an e-mail (on working days before 2pm).
If we have already shipped the order or your order is ready to be scheduled for production, unfortunately we can only cancel it at an additional cost. Please contact us at +31(0) 486 700 277 or via the contact form.
Would you like to return your non-personalised items? Depending on the reason for the return, this can be free of charge or you can pay the shipping costs yourself.
When you are responsible for paying the return costs yourself, we cannot provide an estimate of the exact costs in advance, as shipping costs vary depending on the order and destination. During the checkout process, you can see the exact costs, so you’ll always know what to expect. The final shipping costs will most likely be similar to the return costs.
Are your items faulty? Please contact us. We will be happy to look for a solution.
Would you like a different colour or size (exchange)? If the items are undamaged, we will gladly exchange them for you at the shipping costs.
Do you still want to cancel the purchase after receiving the items? As a consumer you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. You as a consumer can return the product within this period and take into account the above mentioned shipping costs information.

Tracking your package
We work with various shipping services to ensure that your order is in your hands as soon as possible. In all cases, the parcel is sent with a track & trace code.
If you did not receive an e-mail containing the track & trace code, you can always contact us (by phone) at +31 (0)486 700 277. We are happy to help you!
Not at home?
It varies per shipping service how the courier acts if you are not at home. With some delivery services you can (depending on the value and size of the parcel) choose to have the parcel delivered to a parcel point, to the neighbours or to a safe place in your home. If this option is not available, the courier will make a second attempt to deliver the parcel to you.
Should the courier be unable to deliver the parcel, it will automatically be returned to decover. Decover cannot stop this process. However, once decover has received the parcel, it can be resent (at an additional cost).
